Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the time your order is placed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders exceeding a certain value.

3. Delivery Time

Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather delays, and carrier performance.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at hello.buonissimo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you. Reshipping fees may apply.
