Founded by flavor-obsessed friends, Buonissimo is here to make your kitchen feel alive, inviting, and just a little iconic.

Our strength is the selection of the best raw materials originating from a single strain of coratina and thanks to our expert workers, they are processed and transformed in the absence of oxygen.

Strict controls on the production chain, transparency, sustainability and quality are our values. We are directly committed to ensuring total traceability of the products.

Green Circular Economy

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are sustainable, subject to tracking thanks to digital exchange between the subjects of the supply chain to analyze, compare and certify the true sustainability of the entire range of products.

Furthermore, all the by-products and materials of the processes are regenerated in a bio-digester and re-enter the circulation to provide energy to the entire company, biogas, thermal energy and fertilizers for the plants. 100% green and contribute to reducing CO2 emissions into the air.

Buonissimo was born somewhere between Nonna’s kitchen and a New York City dinner party. Operated in Italy and NYC, we make olive oils that do not believe in being saved for special occasions. Founded by Nick and Fabi, Buonissimo is all about big flavor, real ingredients, and pouring a little extra because that’s the point.
